A Different Kind of Therapy Journal
Most articles about mental health focus on symptoms, diagnoses, or techniques. While those topics matter, I believe healing begins with a different question: What has your life taught you? The RCIFT Journal explores the science of trauma, attachment, and human development through that lens. Rather than simply defining psychological concepts, these essays examine how our experiences shape the way we think, feel, relate, and respond—and how new experiences can continue reshaping us throughout adulthood. Whether we're exploring EMDR therapy, secure attachment, emotional flooding, childhood trauma, or healthy relationships, every article is grounded in current research while remaining accessible to the people these ideas matter most to.
